Managing and coordinating web projects across all phases (initial discovery, requirements analysis, planning, monitoring and control, implementation, closure)
Communicating with and advising clients; handling client inquiries via email and phone
Acting as the interface between design, development, and the client
Creating project roadmaps in coordination with clients
Resource planning for project teams
Assisting with cost estimates and preparing proposals and quotes

Appropriate and relevant education or degree: IT/computer science background with business management further training, business/economics education with IT experience, or a comparable background
Several years’ experience leading IT and digital projects, ideally in an agency environment
Experience with project documentation and proposal/bid processes
Enjoyment in client support and advisory roles and leading interdisciplinary project teams
Knowledge of various agile methods (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking)
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-initiative
Positive mindset with a good sense of humor
Team player with a genuine enjoyment of working with people
