Role Overview
- Oversee valuation system change management across Canada and the US
- Coordinate global system changes with Asia
- Drive global consistency in systems, data, and reporting processes
- Oversee the end-to-end data and reporting requirements for IT delivery and enhancements
- Ensure timely and accurate quarter-end and annual actuarial reporting
- Act as a change champion, supporting adoption of new technologies and ways of working
- Develop future-ready skills and talent, coaching teams through high-pressure situations
Requirements
- FSA / FCIA certification
- 10+ years of actuarial experience
- Extensive experience in actuarial valuation and reporting
- Experience working with IT and actuarial systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
