Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
Organize and file digital and paper records as needed
Perform basic data clean-up and corrections
Generate simple reports or summaries when requested
Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards
Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;
A Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, S.C. 2001, c. 27*
legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial / territorial legislation and regulations
International students are not eligible.
Recent immigrants are eligible if they are Canadian Citizens or permanent residents.
Previous office, clerical, or data entry experience is an asset but not required
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good typing and keyboarding skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
