Own technical SEO fundamentals across a large, global site to optimize and improve on crawlability, indexation, site architecture, performance, and hreflang strategy.
Lead international search strategy across multiple languages and countries, with a strong initial focus on North America and EMEA, balancing global scale with local nuance.
Ensure metrics across SEO, GEO, and AEO — including rankings, visibility, AI presence, engagement quality, and conversion impact, and continually optimize to meet and exceed the business objectives for contribution to the business.
Act as the voice of organic discovery across marketing and web — influencing roadmaps, priorities, and experiments.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth, with ownership of strategy at a global, multi-market scale, with at least 2 years managing people.
Demonstrated experience leading international and multilingual SEO, including hreflang, localization strategy, and regional prioritization.
Strong understanding of B2C and B2B search behavior, ideally within SaaS or technology products.
Hands-on experience partnering with Web, Content, PMM, and Engineering teams to execute at scale.
Deep curiosity and working knowledge of GEO, AEO, and AI-driven search trends, with the ability to turn ambiguity into action.
Exceptional program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to own large-scale initiatives end-to-end—from requirements through delivery and impact measurement.
