Manage project timelines, asset trackers, review cycles, approvals, and delivery across creative, production, and channel teams for ongoing content and campaigns.
Review creative and copy for brand consistency, voice, and visual quality; suggest practical refinements.
Coordinate day‑to‑day communication with our creative agency and external partners; raise issues early and keep projects moving.
Support the social team by monitoring conversations and inbound messages, triaging traveler questions, and escalating or responding as appropriate.
Coordinate campaign launches across channels (paid, owned, earned); ensure assets are correctly formatted and delivered and that tracking/UTMs are set up.
Help prepare performance recaps and post‑campaign learnings; summarize clear, actionable insights for creative and media.
Improve workflows, asset libraries, templates, and approval steps to make the team more efficient.
Provide administrative support for brand initiatives, including managing contracts and scheduling reviews with team members.
Requirements
Experience working on brand marketing, agency production, or marketing project coordination — this can include internships, freelance/contract work, volunteer roles, or transferable experience from other functions.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable working with people across teams and with external partners.
Basic familiarity with social community management and common social tools (examples: Sprout, Hootsuite, or platform-native inboxes) or willingness to learn.
Strong organizational skills and comfort using project or collaboration tools (examples: Asana, Monday, Confluence, Google Drive) — we welcome candidates who have used similar tools.
