Operate Slate’s COI compliance program end-to-end: intake, validation, renewals, and escalation.
Maintain and apply a COI requirements matrix by vendor/contractor category (limits, endorsements, wording) and manage an exception/waiver log.
Coordinate with brokers and vendors to obtain compliant COIs and required endorsements; follow up until resolved.
Perform first-pass screening of insurance requirements in contracts (MSAs/SOWs/leases/vendor agreements), flag gaps, and route exceptions to Legal/Risk Manager with clear summaries.
Execute weekly pre-pay-run COI reviews against the unpaid invoice report; block payments for noncompliant vendors and document holds and resolutions.
Support claims operations across workers' compensation and products liability as those programs scale, including intake documentation, adjuster and broker coordination, diary management, reserves tracking, and internal status reporting.
Build and maintain loss runs and claims dashboards; identify trends and support root-cause reviews with EHS/Ops/Legal.
Own the exposure data pipeline for renewal submissions, ensuring the Risk Manager has clean, auditable datasets on the renewal timeline.
Maintain policy documentation, endorsements, schedules, and historical records; ensure data is complete and easy to audit.
Maintain the property statement of values (SOV) and coordinate updates/endorsement follow-through as locations and assets change.
