Lead and manage multiple complex audit, review, and compilation engagements (including EBP audits) from proposal through final presentation to client leadership
Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand needs, scope engagements, and prepare and present proposals and audit results
Set engagement timelines and staffing plans; delegate work and oversee workflow to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
Review and finalize workpapers and audit documentation in accordance with professional and firm standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Manage, develop, and train staff; contribute to off‑season training and implementation of new accounting and auditing standards
Oversee time reporting, billing, WIP, and collections for assigned clients, meeting firm realization and billing goals
Exercise discretion and sound judgment when working with confidential client information
Drive firm growth by building client relationships, identifying additional service opportunities, and engaging in networking and other business development activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
5-8 years experience in audit
Experience in review and compilation engagements
CPA required
Experience in construction, real estate, manufacturing, and professional services industries preferred
Strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills, with a focus on improvement and automation
