Targeting models: Building our next best action modeling in partnership with the data science team.
Roadmap and prioritization: balancing short-term experiment velocity with longer-term foundational investments.
Team leadership: managing and developing a team of PMs, aligning closely with design, engineering, data, and go-to-market partners.
Requirements
7+ years in product management, including 2+ years leading a team of PMs or in a group PM capacity.
Deep PLG experience: you've built or scaled self-serve growth motions, and you understand the difference between a tactic and a system.
Strong AI execution: You can ship small-cut fixes and improvements yourself. Claude or GPT is tightly integrated into your workflows.
Experimentation fluency: you know how to size a test, design a hypothesis, set guardrails, and turn results into durable learning. You raise the bar when it isn't set high enough.
Strong analytical instincts: you're comfortable in Amplitude, can interrogate a funnel, and know which metrics to trust and which to question.
Systems thinking: you distinguish between foundational product investment and lightweight experimentation, and you know how to sequence both.
Cross-functional credibility: you work well with engineers, designers, data, and go-to-market teams, and you know how to drive alignment without burning cycles.
