Role Overview
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle — from ensuring seamless onboarding to organizing important company events
- Manage the end-to-end experience for all employees, including onboarding and transitions
- Plan, organize, and execute company-wide events and culture-building initiatives
- Draft and distribute internal communications, such as newsletters and updates
- Ensure data accuracy within HR systems and handle I-9 verification, benefit administration, and employment verification letters
- Identify opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows using AI and other tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Experience or interest in HR, People Operations or related, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment
