Design and steward licensing models, entitlements, and usage definitions for software, AI, and integrated solutions.
Partner with Product and Technology teams early in the product design and pre-launch phases.
Work with Legal and commercial contracting teams to develop standard, modular contract constructs.
Ensure alignment between licensing and contract designs and revenue recognition, billing, FinOps, and operational systems.
Guide the modernization of legacy software contracts through clear standards and decision logic.

8–12 years of experience in software licensing, commercial strategy, contract design, product monetization, or related roles within software, SaaS, or other technology-enabled businesses.
Proven experience designing licensing and commercial models that scale across multiple products, customer segments, or geographies.
Strong understanding of modern licensing approaches (subscription, usage-based, hybrid) and how they operate commercially and operationally.
Demonstrated ability to move comfortably between detailed commercial constructs and broader product and business context, and connect the two in decision-making.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams in complex, fast-moving environments.
Clear and persuasive communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and align teams without formal authority.
Strong systems thinking, with the ability to connect product design, licensing intent, revenue recognition, billing, and execution realities.
