Lead Service Integrator – Therapy Guidance

Role Overview

• Define a comprehensive service strategy covering multiple offerings
• Own the complete life-cycle management from start to finish
• Lead the PRD process to ensure timely execution of the upstream and downstream activities
• Ensure that the solutions are scalable, sustainable, fault tolerant, and within operational cost budgets
• Track service program outcomes through established metrics
• Work closely with Program Manager, Product Manager, and regional teams to define strategy

Requirements

• Experienced Service Design Leader (5+ yrs)
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM Majors
• Deep technical understanding of software service offerings and life cycle management
• Experience with defining requirements, flow-down, verification & validation, and traceability
• Awareness on complex medical software deployments such as EMR or PACS
• Understands Medical Device Software Design Principals, requirements for meeting various country regulatory clearances
