Directly manage all team members within the recruiting category
Set and execute the category recruiting strategy
Strategically analyze key metrics including candidate pipelines, submission quality, time to fill, fill rates, and margin health
Own recruiter allocation and req prioritization
Directly manage category recruiting team, driving performance and accountability
Collaborate with client and senior leadership teams
Uphold and reinforce expectations across the recruiting category

Brings 10+ years of recruiting experience within the IT or Creative/Marketing spaces, including 5+ years leading recruiting teams
Proven track record of strategically leading recruiting capacity planning
A performance history of improving KPI’s such as time to submit, time to fill, fill rates, and margin outcomes
Demonstrated success in partnering with clients
Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
Forward-thinking, tech-savvy leader with experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies
