Role Overview
- Lead the end-to-end trade operations strategy & execution for global movements of semiconductor capital equipment and high-volume spare parts
- Ensure compliant and on-time execution of all logistics activities
- Manage Customs Broker performance measurement
- Oversee Duty Drawback programs and identify duty-saving opportunities
- Conduct internal audits of import/export records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Law, or Supply Chain
- 7–10+ years in trade compliance within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry
- Licensed US Customs Broker (LCB) or equivalent national certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and global customs laws
- Hands-on experience with Duty Drawback and FTZ software modules
- Proficiency in Trade Management Systems
- Advanced data analytics skills for duty spend and saving reporting
