Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
Strong expertise in learning and development and/or organizational development
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing leadership development programs
Strong project and program management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with budget oversight
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Experience managing vendor relationships and learning technologies
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
Track record of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
