Monitor the intake mailbox for new Client Contract Requests (CCRs) including the initial review of new agreements submitted via CRM tool
Schedule and facilitate internal stakeholder calls with key internal stakeholders to discuss go forward approach, assignments, timeline and other contract strategies
Provide guidance and redlined responses on certain agreements based on SME input and resources
Track the status of open CCRs and provide summary updates in order to assist in effectively closing opportunities and capturing key performance metrics
Actively follow up on the status of CCRs to influence the number of days it takes to execute a contract, which helps our business realize revenue earlier
Become an expert user of the CRM platform and related tools and support adoption and other change management efforts
Develop process improvements in order to continuously improve the effectiveness of the core function and objectives of the team
Learn the various Mercer businesses and the key legal issues they face.
Requirements
Paralegal, attorney or relevant contract management experience
Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years in a corporate office or professional services firm preferably in the area of contract review
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build credibility and gain confidence at all levels in the organization
Strong attention to detail and solid follow through, with the ability to set and deliver on priorities and multiple open projects in a fast-paced environment
