Partner closely with producers to support new business development and manage a growing book of commercial Property & Casualty accounts
Deliver excellent customer service standards, ensuring all client interactions are professional, timely, and solution-oriented
Lead ‘white-glove’ onboarding for new clients, including proactive communication, detailed implementation planning, and personalized handholding throughout the onboarding process
Manage day-to-day account activities such as renewals, policy administration, and client communications to maintain client satisfaction and retention
Evaluate client risks by analyzing loss experience, cash flow, and financial data to develop tailored insurance solutions
Prepare and present competitive proposals aligned with client needs and Marsh’s product offerings
Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and risk consulting teams to ensure seamless service delivery and comprehensive risk management
Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM systems, supporting reporting and business growth objectives
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes within Ontario’s commercial insurance landscape to ensure compliance and advise clients accordingly
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance or risk management
Active Ontario Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and manage complex client relationships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements, loss data, and risk factors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications including proficiency in Excel and Power Point
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
