Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale, high-visibility creative programs, ensuring seamless delivery from concept through launch
Translate creative and strategic direction into structured, executable plans aligning scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resourcing
Partner closely with Creative and Strategy leadership to balance ambition with execution, protecting the integrity of the work while ensuring delivery
Act as the bridge between creative, strategy, and execution driving alignment, momentum, and clarity across teams
Oversee integrated production across formats, including brand campaigns, product storytelling, keynotes, film, social, experiential, and emerging platforms
Build and lead a high-performing team of producers and program managers embedded within Creative Studio
Requirements
8+ years of experience in creative production, program management, or integrated production roles within an agency or in-house creative organization.
Proven experience leading production and program management for large-scale, complex creative initiatives across multiple channels and disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale production systems, workflows, and operational frameworks.
Deep understanding of integrated production across digital, film, social, experiential, and emerging media.
Strong financial acumen, with experience managing and optimizing complex production budgets.
