High School Diploma or equivalent
1-year sales and marketing experience
Ability to develop/maintain effective relationships with groups, agents, and potential customers
Knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and the marketplace
Effective presentation and customer service skills
Analytical or critical thinking skills
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Effective organizational skills
Ability to persuade, negotiate, or influence others
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
Microsoft Office proficiency
Department of Insurance Licensure must be obtained within 60 days of hire in state employed
3 years customer service, provider network (preferred)
Knowledge of mathematical or statistical concepts (preferred)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, or other spreadsheet/database software (preferred)
