Build and maintain dashboards for Collections and Customer Support performance tracking.
Write and optimize SQL queries (Snowflake preferred) to extract, validate, and transform data.
Support recurring reporting (BAU) and ad hoc data requests from business stakeholders.
Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Conduct basic trend analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and performance drivers.
Assist in improving reporting processes and contribute to automation of manual workflows.
Collaborate with other analysts and engineers across the organization to support ongoing analytics initiatives.
Work closely with APAC operations teams while contributing to cross-market reporting when required.

2+ years in Analytics, preferably in BPO / FinTech / high volume operations analytics.
Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred). Ability to write efficient, scalable queries.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Omni or Power BI.
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and clearly explain findings.
Experience working with structured datasets and ensuring data accuracy.
