You test hooks and formats and turn data insights into measurable success stories.
You measure success not only by ROAS but by looking at holistic campaign KPIs.
You plan large-scale campaigns for different objectives and optimize them for brand goals.
You work closely with our dedicated contacts at Meta & TikTok.
You proactively share your knowledge within the team, coach colleagues and noticeably raise our overall quality.

You have 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with LeadGen and e-commerce — ideally from an agency.
Analytical skillset: you interpret dashboards into clear action recommendations and prioritize measures with tangible impact.
Conscientiousness: you work precisely, document thoroughly and ensure quality from setup through reporting.
Innovation drive: you’re eager to try new approaches, test creatives boldly and turn learnings into repeatable playbooks.
Team player: you advise clients at eye level and keep all stakeholders informed internally and externally.
Language skills: you have excellent German and good English.
