Own process excellence across regional financial operating centers in Lithuania, Hyderabad and Costa Rica
Oversee Accounting, Settlement, and Accounts Payable teams
Conduct thorough reviews of current accounting processes and procedures across regional operating centers
Document workflows, systems, and internal controls to identify areas of improvement
Develop and propose process enhancements that align with industry best practices and regulatory standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Compliance, and Operations to ensure effective integration of new processes such as cryptocurrencies
Provide ongoing strategic guidance to senior leadership on accounting process optimization and governance

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management
Leadership roles in accounting
Functional Knowledge of ERP’s, T&E Tools, Payroll Systems and other ancillary applications
