Identify potential tender and bid opportunities that align with the company’s capabilities.
Raise and manage tenders in internal systems such as Zoho CRM.
Manage incoming tender correspondence, including addenda, site meeting notes, registration documents, and other tender-related administration.
Accurately distribute tender materials to all stakeholders, including management, subcontractors, and clients.
Assist in developing project-specific methodologies, project programs, and Safety Management Plans when required.
Contribute to all bid/tender writing, liaising with technical staff to collect accurate and complete content.
Review RFT documentation and provide a clear summary of requirements to management.
Maintain up-to-date qualitative documentation for EOIs and tenders, including certificates, compliance letters, licenses, project profiles, personnel profiles, and past project experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating multiple stakeholders and their commercial input to tender submissions.
Coordinate first-class presentation material, ensuring brand standards are maintained while meeting client requirements.
Assist with the creative design and production of tender documentation where required.
Demonstrate strong safety awareness and understanding of building and maintenance processes.
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a tender, bid writing, or contracts administration role within the Australian building and construction industry.
At least 3 years’ experience responding to qualitative criteria for government or Tier 1 contractor clients.
Demonstrated experience producing compelling, well-structured written content.
Strong ability to interpret tender requirements and structure responses to address client criteria effectively.
Advanced computer skills including MS Office and document management systems.
Experience working with online job management systems such as SimPRO, Procore, or similar.
Direct exposure to Australian government or commercial procurement processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
