Develop and execute global commodity strategies for active components (MCUs, ASICs, FPGAs, analog ICs, power semiconductors, memory, optoelectronics).
Align supplier strategies with technology roadmaps, product lifecycles, and long-term business needs.
Establish and manage strategic relationships with IDMs, fabs, foundry partners, and authorized distributors.
Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, LTAs, NCNR terms, allocation commitments, and capacity reservations.
Own year-over-year cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives through pricing, VAVE, design influence, and demand consolidation.
Partner with Engineering on NPI sourcing, qualification, and alternate part strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 7 years of sourcing or commodity management experience in electronics manufacturing.
Strong expertise in active electronic components and semiconductor supply chains.
Proven negotiation experience with global suppliers and distributors.
Demonstrated ability to manage supply constraints, allocations, and high-risk commodities.
