Role Overview
- Understand the client's business, existing processes, problems, and needs you will be responsible for
- Creating JIRA tickets
- Document information on Confluence
- Facilitate workshops and discussion sessions/channels
- Design the system from a functional perspective, produce drafts of the Design documents
- Work closely with the Technical Lead and Architects
- Provide team with business experience, advice on industry best practices
- Resolve issues raised by developers and testers during the Development and Testing stages
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst working in Agile teams.
- Attention to detail
- Deadline driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well within a team environment
- Proficient in English.
