Role Overview
- Solution Consulting & Requirement Analysis
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical architecture.
- Provide consultative guidance on Genesys features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Technical Architecture & Implementation
- Architect and design end-to-end solutions using Genesys Cloud / Genesys Engage.
- Ensure solution integrity, architecture standards, and deployment strategies.
- Oversee implementation, configuration, and third-party integrations.
- Project Delivery & Support
- Collaborate with development, integration, and QA teams.
- Conduct technical reviews and troubleshoot solution performance.
- Create documentation including design specs and deployment guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years in the Genesys ecosystem with 4+ years in architecture/consulting
