About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as the first point of contact for our customers in France regarding their pet insurance
- Handle incoming requests by phone and email
- Process reimbursement claims independently: review quotes and invoices to determine eligibility for reimbursement
- Support payment reminder campaigns (outgoing calls)
- Assist with moderation on our social media channels and Trustpilot
Requirements
- French (C1–C2) and strong English (C1)
- Experience in customer service
- Reliability, organizational skills, and adaptability to unforeseen situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear and empathetic manner
- Self-motivated and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and punctuality to ensure efficient handling of customer requests
- Experience with Zendesk or a similar customer support tool
- Affinity for animals or knowledge of veterinary insurance is a plus
- Ability to handle complex customer situations calmly and professionally
- Experience in insurance or digital services
- Basic knowledge of German is a plus
