Analyzing data from Akamai Product Catalog and related systems to identify issues or gaps
Updating and maintaining the Product Catalog and Product Pricing along with their related systems per the set cadence
Addressing field, customer, and partner inquiries while providing initial resolutions and escalating complex issues to engineering for advanced support.
Working with the Marketplace team and the Akamai Sales team to coordinate the trial request
Ensuring prompt and secure deprovisioning of churned customer accounts while maintaining accuracy and meeting established objectives effectively.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization
OWNING communication. Being EXTREMELY proactive
Requirements
Have Bachelors in Engineering (E&CE/ CS/IS/IT) OR BCA/MCA AND MBA and 1 year experience
Have experience in support/ business analyst / data analytics/analysis-focused roles
Have excellent verbal and written communications skills
Have good interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
