About this role
Role Overview
- Advising financial intermediaries on regulatory, legal and compliance matters
- Establishing companies for clients
- Preparing and submitting licensing applications
- Serving as AML Officer as part of outsourcing mandates
- Evaluating and implementing AI solutions in the area of compliance
- Evaluating and implementing RegTech software for clients
- Drafting and reviewing policies and delivering training
- Coordinating with supervisory authorities
- Co-developing JayBee and contributing ideas for our shared success
Requirements
- University degree or other higher education in law and/or compliance; a Swiss qualification is an advantage
- Relevant professional experience (2+ years)
- Strong understanding of compliance software (RegTech)
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its opportunities
- Knowledge of financial market regulation (in particular anti-money laundering)
- Business-fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language (German, French or Italian) is an advantage
- Committed, energetic, proactive personality ready to deliver above expectations
- Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong attention to detail
- Team player with strong communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth expertise in crypto and fintech (nice to have)
- Consulting experience or experience in a law firm (nice to have)
- Start-up experience (nice to have)
