Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and the profile of top performers.
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Actively source, engage, and nurture relationships with passive candidates through creative outreach and networking.
Leverage AI and emerging recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing, streamline workflows, and improve candidate engagement, while maintaining a high-quality, personalized candidate experience.
Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines across Technology, Global Support Services, Finance, and other departments to meet current and future hiring needs.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using data, insights, and storytelling to attract high-quality candidates.
Provide hiring teams with market intelligence, pipeline health updates, and data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions.
Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects Elite’s employer brand and values.
Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within Greenhouse to ensure process transparency and compliance.
Collaborate with HR and hiring teams on offer processes, negotiations, and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years years of experience of full-cycle recruiting experience within a globally distributed SaaS or technology organization.
Strong proficiency in modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent intelligence tools).
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively convey Elite’s value proposition.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally across teams and time zones.
Passion for creating an inclusive and positive candidate experience aligned with Elite’s values.
Ability to travel up <10% as business needs require
