Proactively preparing portfolio analyses, profitability assessments and initiatives to sustainably improve performance in coordination with asset management.
Leading payment transactions, dunning processes and assuming responsibility for compliance in lease and contract matters.
Advising the owner side on decision-relevant processes; contributing to the development and implementation of the asset strategy.
Representing the property management unit in interdisciplinary executive forums and serving as an active communication interface to senior management.
Requirements
University degree (e.g., Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Business Law) or completed vocational training.
Several years of confident leadership of commercial real estate or property management portfolios.
Expert in reporting and control systems, and in contract and lease law due diligence.
Experience in building modern controlling and reporting structures.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
