Support the product expansion plan by performing analyses and running pilots to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement;
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs);
Develop dashboards and presentations for communication within and outside management;
Lead activation and performance improvement initiatives in partnership with segment leaders and the sales team;
Develop and implement engagement action plans for branches;
Identify friction points in the customer journey and propose solutions to improve the customer experience;
Monitor market trends, map competitors and conduct competitive testing;
Validate ideas, gather learnings and develop competitive differentiators;
Support the development of the product evolution roadmap.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
Experience managing performance indicators and preparing executive-level presentations;
Strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders;
Strong analytical skills combined with critical thinking;
Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Power BI;
Knowledge/experience in product management is a plus.
