Responsible for the financial management and oversight of a central business unit, including planning, forecasting, month-end closing and reporting.
Act as a Finance Business Partner and advise specialist and management levels on business and financial matters.
Analyze pricing and profit structures and derive measures to sustainably optimize performance.
Identify opportunities and risks early and ensure transparent communication.
Initiate thorough profitability and ad‑hoc analyses to safeguard results.
Actively further develop reporting, forecasting and planning processes.
Collaborate closely with interfaces in Finance, Accounting, BI and IT.

Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Excellent English skills.
Several years of experience in controlling, finance business partnering or procurement controlling.
Ideally, industry experience in retail or the FMCG sector.
Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical and process understanding.
Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO, BI tools as well as MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Confident communication in German and English.
Proactive, solution-oriented working style and a strong hands-on mentality.
