Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Drive end-to-end requirement lifecycle management including elicitation, validation, prioritization, and sign-off.
Support client onboarding initiatives, ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.
Analyze existing and proposed business workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
Use SQL and data analysis techniques to validate data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
Support implementation and integration of e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign) within onboarding and approval workflows.
Act as a bridge between business, operations, compliance, and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect triage to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Prepare documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams.

Total 9 years of experience 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably Wealth Management.
Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
Experience working with data-driven requirements and collaborating with data/engineering teams.
Proven experience with e-sign / e-signature platforms (mandatory: DocuSign).
Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
Strong knowledge of workflow design, process mapping, and optimization.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
