- Responsible for inbound telesales of Comcast services to small-to-medium business customers
- Manage the customer relationship from initial call through close
- Deliver best-in-class customer experience
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry information
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 0-2 Years Relevant Work Experience
- Wireless experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
- Meet and exceed sales quotas
- Ensure CRM software is accurate and up to date
