Role Overview
Present AHEAD value proposition to customer and strategic partners
Lead activities to assist account teams to develop and implement sales plan to achieve or exceed goals
Source and identify the proper support to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Position Executive / Technical Briefings and Lab Demonstrations with customers and partners to showcase AHEAD’S value
Recruit, build, mentor and motivate team resources
Provides coaching and professional development to team resources in order to enhance their solution knowledge, technical acumen, and pre-sales skill sets
Establish key relationships with strategic partners to maximize sales performance
Facilitate Solution Verification / BOM Review Process
Ensure Project Transition / Closure process is completed
Drive sales meetings and quarterly business reviews
Resolve escalations and collaborates with the management team to develop efficiencies with internal processes
Align with Practice Managers to develop new solutions and offerings and execute in the field
Requirements
