Improve cross‑functional collaboration across sales and support teams by refining workflows, integrating tools, and removing manual hand‑offs
Recommend and implement best practices across discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing to accelerate new customer acquisition
Gather insights from field, inside sales, channel, and renewals leaders to ensure automation efforts address real-world operational needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
3+ years in Product Management, sales process design, or business process optimization within SaaS or technology organizations
Hands‑on experience applying AI/automation to improve sales workflows and decision-making
Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and pre‑sales enablement
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and technical organizations
