Role Overview
- Inspect and evaluate residential, commercial and special-purpose properties
- Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
- Perform measurements and calculate living/floor areas
- Document current construction status and maintenance measures
- Regularly communicate digitally with the service team about ongoing topics
Requirements
- Interest in real estate and some initial experience in the property sector, or strong interest in entering this field
- Experience with floor area measurements and on-site measurements is an advantage
- Precision, conscientiousness and responsible conduct
- Good communication skills and reliability
- Good knowledge of Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook
- Class B driving licence and some driving experience
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
