Masterplan governance: structure and monitor the schedule of renewal actions, proactively identifying execution gaps and proposing corrective plans.
Cross-functional coordination: act as a facilitator between Business, Academic and Operations areas, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adherence to established deadlines.
Data intelligence and KPIs: consolidate retention, dropout and delinquency indicators, transforming raw data into management reports that support executive decision-making.
Process optimization: identify opportunities to improve the student renewal journey, aiming to reduce friction and increase NPS.
Management support: prepare high-level presentations and reports for board forums, ensuring clarity and accuracy of reported information.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Ownership mentality with a results focus and the ability to find solutions in crisis situations or when targets are missed.
Ability to interact with different hierarchical levels, exercising technical influence and diplomacy.
Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in PMO or Planning roles.
Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of Power BI and ThinkCell.
