Map end-to-end processes (AS IS) with business areas
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, operational risks and improvement opportunities
Design future-state processes (TO BE), focusing on efficiency and scalability
Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews with stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, among others)
Propose improvements, standardizations and automation initiatives
Support decision-making on system replacement or evolution
Prepare process documentation (flows, procedures, policies)
Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
Work in partnership with technology and business teams

Proven experience as a Senior Process Analyst, preferably in the financial sector
Experience in mapping and redesigning corporate (back-office) processes
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
Experience with modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
Strong analytical skills and systems thinking
Excellent communication skills for interaction with multiple areas/stakeholders
Experience working in environments with multiple systems and integrations
