Coordinate the delivery of features and smaller-scale epics within a single Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring alignment with business objectives and readiness plans.
Lead or support readiness activities such as business impact assessments, training plans, communications, UAT coordination, and business checkouts.
Work with Agile teams and stakeholders to track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of change.
Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
Support the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script alignment, resource coordination, and reporting.
Document operational design decisions, identify business process changes, and assess the impact on end users.
Maintain delivery artefacts such as RAID logs, readiness checklists, and status reports.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and support the adoption of Agile and Lean practices.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in project/change delivery, preferably in a regulated or complex environment.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery models (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing delivery timelines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Experience supporting UAT, training, and business readiness activities.
