Orchestrate seamless customer journeys across web, CRM, paid media, social, and emerging channels.
Champion Customer 360 strategies, enabling personalization and optimized engagement across the HCP experience.
Build and lead a high-performing content production engine, delivering high-quality, compliant content at scale.
Oversee modular content strategies, enabling reuse, speed, and personalization.
Drive innovation in AI-enabled content production and automation pilots.
Ensure alignment of content to channel strategy, audience needs, and brand priorities.
Oversee strategy and execution across key channels.
Requirements
Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing experience OR Master's degree and 8 years of marketing experience OR Bachelor's degree and 10 years of marketing experience
At least 4 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources.
8+ years of progressive commercial or marketing experience in biopharma, healthcare, or related industries (preferred)
3+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams (preferred)
Proven expertise in omnichannel marketing, digital strategy, and content operations at scale (preferred)
