Apply strong expertise in AI through use of machine learning, data mining, and statistical models to design, prototype and build next generation ML engines and services
Own AI solution design, platform integration, and deployment standards, serving as the primary technical authority for AI capabilities within North America Supply
Use machine learning techniques, optimization, simulation, visualizations, & statistical analysis to gain insight into various data sets – some readily available, and some you create and curate yourself
Create repeatable, interpretable, dynamic and scalable models that are seamlessly incorporated into analytic data products
Solution ideation and Development: Guide a team of data scientists and functional experts to create fit for purpose solutions using cutting edge analytical and AI methodologies.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s in computer science, operations research, data science, engineering, mathematics, statistics or related field
Masters preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable technical role, preferably within complex, regulated, or large-scale enterprise environments
Demonstrated knowledge of Supply chain
Strong experience working with modern AI platforms and data integration frameworks
Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar platforms preferred
Hands-on experience with data pipelines for models and solutions
Proven track record of delivering value through AI/ Data Science products in a fast-paced, agile environment using a scalable and reusable codebase and models to address business problems effectively
Direct experience in building Agents and leveraging emerging technologies within Microsoft and Google to design an agentic ecosystem
Experience ensuring compliance with analytics standards, including tailoring methodologies to specific use case needs such as ML, AI, and descriptive analytics
Ability to translate business needs into analytical frameworks & superior verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency and hands-on experience in advanced analytics techniques and machine learning algorithms, including NLP, time-series analysis and other relevant methods and willingness to coach data scientists tactically
Ability to travel 30% dependent on project demands.
