About this role
Role Overview
Support account management activities, including preparation of commercial proposals
Maintain organized client files and documentation
Assist in quoting and bind preparation
Review quotes for discrepancies
Generate replacement cost evaluations and reports as required
Perform administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and policy checking
Provide project and operational support to the team
Collaborate with team members through regular meetings
Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on industry trends
Requirements
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Basic understanding of commercial insurance products (nice to have)
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outlook, and NowCerts (nice to have)
Experience in data entry, policy processing, or insurance-related roles (nice to have)
