Responsible for initiating contact with prospects and customers to sell assigned product and service categories via telephone, email, and other electronic media
Identify and qualify new business prospects and move those prospects along the sales funnel to an appropriate conclusion
Manage inbound leads from website, stores, campaigns, and phone inquiries
Accurately assess the customer's business, applications, and identify the best-fit RWS sales resource to follow-up on qualified opportunities
Execute qualification process to set introduction meetings with appropriate sales resources to close RWS opportunity
Identify, qualify, and deliver sales opportunities within Small Business, Mid-Market and National/Global segments across Industrial RWfB portfolio
Focus upon maximizing sales of RW products to existing customers by trying to cross sell or up-sell
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
customer experience or sales environment preferred
Ability to get results through influence and collaboration
Ability to leverage a dynamic sales process
Demonstrated ability to achieve specific and measurable goals
