Perform and support the execution of administrative and operational routines for the area
Execute and monitor the operationalization of courses and trainings sold (retail and corporate)
Ensure accurate recording, updating, and monitoring of information in internal systems
Assist with communication with clients and instructors to align information and deadlines
Prepare and organize documents, spreadsheets, and reports to support management
Manage course logistics (room reservations, distribution of materials, technical support for students and instructors, airline ticket purchase, hotel reservations)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area's administrative processes
Requirements
Completed high school
Preferably currently studying Administration or a related field
