Contribute to strategic development of channel growth strategies, translating Category growth strategies into activation plans within key sales channels.
Collaborate with the Group Marketing Leader and Demand Generation team to develop cohesive, multi-media campaigns, integrated with sales activity consistent with business channel strategy and growth initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing content team to deliver channel growth through innovative and creative programming with on-brand communications.
Lead the development of channel customer insights, which translate directly into opportunities to grow channel programs.
Ensure continuous development, implementation and execution of customer-facing tools and sales enablement assets including, but not limited to, dealer/distributor programs, channel programs, training, dealer portal content, and co-op programs.
Develop and maintain channel parter toolkits, including but not limited to sales decks, competitive guides, product training with succinct value proposition and key differentiation.
Plan and execute co-branded and co-funded marketing campaigns that highlight the brand position and value proposition and tailor the brand message to each level of distribution.
Measure and provide data driven insights through KPI’s such as Lead Volume, Partner Activation, and Campaign ROI
Requirements
Have earned a bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) degree
Have 6+ years’ progressive marketing experience
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and funnel management CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)
Ability to lead people, ideas, and strategies with an influencing and collaborative leadership style
Experience in market planning, including identifying customer needs, developing programs and tactics that address unmet customer insights, executing customer segmentation, and delivering compelling product application and solutions storytelling.
Strategic problem solver with strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and demonstrated ability to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans.
