Lead a talent pool of around 50–60 specialists within a PMO-focused Chapter Stream.
Responsible for end-to-end workforce management, delivery readiness, and employee engagement.
Ensure alignment between business goals and individual career aspirations within the PMO capability.
Define and evolve the PMO capability strategy, ensuring maturity, scalability, and alignment with organisational delivery needs, business objectives, and market trends (e.g. Agile, SAFe, AI-enabled PMO).
Anticipate and manage bench-related risks, identify available or transitioning employees, and ensure efficient allocation across projects.
Ensure development and skills mapping are aligned with upcoming project demands to maximize readiness and performance outcomes.
Mentor and support employees through personalized development plans, goal setting, and continuous learning opportunities.
Actively monitor eNPS/Officevibe feedback, foster inclusion, and address early signs of disengagement to maintain morale and retention.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a managers-of-managers role within PMO or operational/coordination functions
Strong skills in staffing, bench management, and rate-to-role alignment
Solid expertise in performance management and career development within PMO or delivery support roles
Hands-on involvement in PMO capability building, skills mapping, and professional growth (e.g., project governance, reporting, planning, risk & dependency management)
Excellent collaboration with Delivery, People Office, and Growth/Recruitment functions
Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
Experience with retention strategies and employee engagement tools (e.g., eNPS, Officevibe)
Financial acumen in staffing, labor cost, and project profitability
Familiarity with agile delivery models and PMO practices within IT services
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
