Develop and operationalize the marketing funnel: Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and reporting across lead and opportunity stages
Improve conversion rates across the entire marketing funnel
Build and scale ABM programs that deliver highly personalized engagement for target accounts.
Leverage AI and modern tooling to personalize at scale and increase team leverage.
Build and operate AI-assisted workflows across content creation and distribution, SEO/GEO/AEO experimentation and rapid campaign iteration and personalization
using AI tools and automation platforms
Design and optimize content frameworks aligned to the buyer journey, including ads, landing pages, nurture streams, and thought leadership.
Implement attribution models and reporting frameworks to measure performance, identify pipeline drivers, and optimize ROI.
Requirements
10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation with a demonstrated track record of building scalable programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
Experience scaling Series B/C companies
Expert use of: HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads.
Proficient in using AI tools to automate and build content, and an interest in using AI to constantly improve outcomes
Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Comfortable operating with ambiguity
Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, campaign analytics, and performance optimization.
Ability to design segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks at scale.
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
