Requirements
12+ years of experience in US equity or options market structure
Expertise in data modeling, statistics, and analysis, with proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Python and Sigma
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex technical analysis clearly to business audiences and senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to influence key decision-makers and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Innovative problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly diagnose issues and develop pragmatic solutions
Established network and influence within target financial institutions (preferred)
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, statistics, financial engineering, data science, or a related quantitative field (minimum)
