Role Overview
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new subscribers within their first 90 days
- Conduct live product demonstrations via Google Meet for new subscribers
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and goals
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional apps
- Document customer interactions and resolutions
- Maintain deep knowledge of accounting software features and industry best practices
Requirements
- Background in customer success
- Strong understanding of accounting principles or small business daily transactions
- Exceptional communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to listen actively and turn customer concerns into appropriate solutions
